Create the Life of your Dreams - 1 hour - £35

You create your own reality. During the session we can start exploring what you want to change and how you can create the life you wish for. The session may include Kinesiology, Reiki, Flower Remedies, Matrix Reimprinting, affirmations and solution-focused counselling. I will also give you tools and techniques you can use at home to support yourself and enable you move towards the Life of your Dreams.

Reiki - 1 hour - £35

Reiki is a gentle, universal healing energy. The energy goes to where the body needs healing. It heals emotionally and physically. The client is fully clothed at all times. Treatments generally take place on a couch with the client lying down. Hands are laid on, or just above, the body, paying particular attention to the chakras (the body's main energy centres). You may feel a warm or tingling sensation or just a general feeling of well-being.

Flower Remedies - 1 hour - £35

Flower essences have been used by many cultures for thousands of years to treat emotional health and well-being. Each essence is for a different mood, emotion or personality type. This therapy consists of an hour-long consultation where your feelings and concerns will be heard. A unique combination of essences is then prepared for you in your personal treatment bottle, which you take home with you. This will work to gently restore the balance between mind, body and spirit and bring about holistic healing.

As well as Bach Flower Remedies, Australian bush flower remedies (founded and pioneered by Ian White) and Lakeland essences (made and bottled personally by Gill Edwards), I am particularly drawn to the wonderful LightBringer essences by Rachel Singleton, whicha re uniquely made from the living flower. I have found these to be particularly powerful. I have around 300 essences to choose from, allowing me to fine-tune remedies to your individual requirement.

The price includes treatment bottle of remedies.

Hopi Earcandles - 45 mins - £25

Hopi earcandles therapy is an Indian relaxation ceremony which calms the mind, soothes the head and clears congestion. The movement of the flame creates a vibration of air generating a massage-like effect on the eardrum. This induces a pleasant feeling of warmth and a balance of pressure in the ears, forehead and sinuses. The ceremony brings a deep sense of security and feeling of peace and happiness.

I also offer Hopi candles for sale at £5 per pair.

Kinesiology & Food Sensitivity - 1 hour - £35

If you are constantly feeling sleepy or lacking in energy it may be that you have a sensitivity to certain food groups in your diet. Wheat, dairy and sugar are the most common - but not the only - food groups to which people are sensitive. Many people find that these weaken the body and eliminating them from their diet brings about an increase in well-being and energy. I can use simple muscle testing (Kinesiology) to establish whether you are sensitive to certain foods in your diet. A session may include various treatments to help deal with dietary issues. It would be helpful if before attending the session you make a note of what you typically eat and drink - both in main meals and snacks.

My extensive experience means that I know all the delicious alternatives and where to get them! Ice-cream, chocolate, biscuits and more...

Sessions by telephone - 1 hour - £35

If you are unable to travel to me for any reason, I offer telephone sessions, including Flower Remedy consultations.

Deep Soul Reconnection - 2 hours - £100

I also offer intensive healing sessions, with my friend and co-therapist Chrissie Careswell, for those with deeper issues. Two healers holding the space of wellness using potent tools to accelerate healing is extremely powerful and can effect dramatic improvement. For example, this intensive treatment created a significant turnaround for a client with a diagnosis of cancer and was extremely effective with a client with a chronic all-consuming emotional condition. A session lasts at least 2 hours.

Chrissie is a transformational counsellor and energetic healer also in Streatham. She has many years experience of a number of healing and transforming healing modalities including Shamanic Healing, Matrix Re-imprinting and the Sedona Method.
